What a crowd! The streets were full to watch the record-number of floats in the Sussex Santa Claus parade. Thank you organizers for an incredible night that helped us all get in the Christmas spirit. I was so happy to be joined by my family (minus Jaime who is writing her exams at Acadia University this week), and my amazing staff Alissa Landry and Chantelle Roy and their sweet families. 🎅🎄
What a day to be at the Quispamsis qplex for the 2023 Para Hockey Cup bronze and gold medal games. A lot of amazing hockey has been played here Dec. 3-9. So nice to see Quispamsis Mayor Libby O’Hara and Hampton MLA Hon. Gary Crossman at this afternoon’s game, and of course the amazing #explorenb team is out in full force. Tonight’s gold game between Canada and USA will see a massive crowd….you should try to get there.
What an incredible team at the new and improved 24/7 Gym in Sussex….which includes my wonderful constituency assistant Chantelle Roy and her son Bently. These folks surpassed their goal for their first-ever fundraiser to raise money for the Salvation Army to purchase toys for local children this Christmas. I was happy to stop in with a donation Saturday at their new gym at the former Canadian Tire building.
