I enjoyed last evening with Minister of Local Government and Local Governance Reform, Daniel Allain, meeting with local government, regional service commission and rural district elected and non-elected representatives. I was able to talk tourism with a lot of these dedicated community leaders, including some from my riding. The opening reception was part of a two-day in-person local governance orientation session for councils, boards and staff in Fredericton.
